Purpose: Closed status to indicate not only the end of implementation but end of administrative tasks, too
Who: automatic
When: Your PD has ended and it is necessary to close it. However, the closure happens automatically once the below criteria are met:
- FR planned amount and PD amount (both from VISION) must be equal or FR has closed status
- 0 outstanding DCT against that particular PD
- The final Report with additional questions has been submitted by the partner and accepted by UNICEF
