Purpose: Funds Reservations (FR) are used to record each agreement (PD/SPD) and reserve funds for specific purposes detailed in the PD/SSFA with the CSO with the following basic information from the agreement in VISION:
- Start and End Dates
- UNICEF Cash Contribution
- eTools generated reference number in the document title
- Vendor (CSO partner)
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Click on Partnership Management
4. Click on PD/SSFA
5. List of your PD will open
6. Click on Reference Number of the PD/SSFA
7. Once the details page opens, click on Review and Sign tab
8. Scroll down to Fund Reservations section and click on plus sign
9. A pop-up message will appear, to add/update FR numbers
10. Click on Add FR Number
11. Add 0 and then FR number (from VISION)
12. Click on Add/Update
13. However, if the vendor number of the partner selected in eTools is not the same as the vendor number that was added to the FR in VISION, you will get the following error message:
IMPORTANT: Until you fix this error in VISION, you will not be able to move forward with you Programme document
14. The currency of your PDand the FR need to be the same. Therefore, once you entered your FR and your FR currency does not match with the currency of your PD, the below message will appear.
15. If you wish to continue, click Yes. The system will allow you to continue, however, warning tooltips will appear across the portal (including Partnership Dashboard) indicating that the currencies are not consistent (see example below)
16. If your currencies match, then the system will continue to validate the following information:
- Start Date
- End Date
- UNICEF Cash Contribution
18. If you click on No, then the PD stays in Signed status and the fields will remain editable
19. If you click on Yes, then your PD will move to the active status, however, the warning tooltip will appear in PD/SSFA details, PD/SSFA Overview, Partnership Dashboard and Partner Overview).
