Purpose: Option to add all the assessments related to your implementing partner
Who: Partnership Manager/HACT Focal Point
When: Keep assessments as document repository
1. Log into eTools with your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Click on Partnership Management
4. Click on Partners
5. A list of your partners will open
6. Click on the Vendor Number to open Partner details

5. A list of your partners will open
6. Click on the Vendor Number to open Partner details
7. Click on Assurance tab
8. Scroll down to Other Assessments and click on Add Other Assessments
10. Upload the Report and add Date of AssessmentNOTE: You can change the uploaded file as well as download it or delete it. However, a file cannot be deleted if the assessment has been completed. If you want to delete the file, click on red x sign, if you wish to download it, click on Download. You can also change the file by clicking on the Change button
