Purpose: Create a contingency programme document that can be quickly activated when an emergency occurs
Who: Partnership Manager
When: Country offices are encouraged to have preparedness plans with CSO partners in place in case of an emergency
1. Log into eTools with your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Click on Partnership Management
4. Click on PD/SSFA
5. List of your PD/SSFAs will open
6. Click on Add New PD/SSFA button
7. Details Page will open
8. Enter the below fields in your Partnership Information section
Partner Organization
Agreement
Document Type (select
UNICEF Office(s)
UNICEF Focal Point(s)
Partner Focal Point(s)
9. Go to PD or SSFA Details section
10. Check Contingency PD toggle button
IMPORTANT: After you checked the toggle button, follow the process as if your are entering the details for the creation of PD/SSFA
