Overview
This release includes enhancements, integrations, and usability improvements across multiple components of the eTools suite. It covers updates to PMP, PRP, FMM, gPD, Action Points, and the new RSS Admin module now entering UAT.
Partnership Management Portal (PMP / ePD)
ezHACT integration: CP Output code support for sub-activities
Enhancements to the ezHACT integration now allow CP Output codes assigned to sub-activities to be included when syncing Programme Document data.
This ensures more complete, structured financial assurance information flows to ezHACT.
Field Monitoring (FMM)
Bulk deactivation of FM location sites
Admin users can now bulk deactivate multiple Field Monitoring location sites simultaneously, reducing repetitive manual effort.
Improved Facility Type + Section linkage
Facility Types now enforce consistent linkage with their corresponding Sections and required attributes, reducing classification errors during visit setup.
Hide inactive Site Locations during visit creation/editing
Inactive Site Locations no longer appear as selectable options when creating or modifying FM visits.
This prevents visits from being tied to deprecated locations while preserving historical data.
gPD
ezHACT integration workaround
gPD is now able to receive Fund Reservation data directly from ezHACT. Next step will include the synchronization of gPDs as Microplans in ezHACT.
RSS Admin (New Module – entering UAT)
New “Partnership Management” section available for UAT
RSS Admin is a new administrative module currently entering User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
A new Partnership Management section has been added for validation and review before production rollout.
Action Points (APD)
Error message when selecting deactivated locations
Users now receive a clear error message when attempting to select a location that has been deactivated.
This prevents the form from getting stuck and helps maintain data integrity.
Partner Reporting Portal (PRP)
Updated CI pipeline flow (build → test)
The PRP deployment pipeline has been restructured so that code is built first and tested afterward.
This aligns automated tests with the actual build artifact and avoids mismatches seen in previous CI runs.
Others / Cross-Module Improvements
Kombu upgrade to 5.4.0
Backend task queue dependency upgraded to Kombu v5.4.0, improving security and future compatibility.
eTools Menu updates
Navigation menus across eTools have been refined for clarity and consistency.
