Bug Fix:
Error not showing messages associated with Action Point Creation and Completion in the eTools system now fixed
Financial Assurance Module
Enhancements:
- Filter under Staff spot checks for Date IP Was Contacted Before and Date IP Was Contracted After, have been added.
- PMP documents appearing in shared document list have now been removed
Bug fix:
- Error preventing staff to enter brief Justification for Rating in overall assessment section for Micro Assessments now fixed
Partnership Management
Enhancements:
- In the PMP partner details can we add a check mark for Partner Registered in UNPP (which will be manually checked by the CO eTools focal point), and once they check the box can we also have a prompt that requires the individual to enter the UNPP Partner ID
- In PMP in the PD/SSFA details we have a text field that requires the individual to enter the partnership ID number (CFEI)
- FC line items directly linked to ZHACT for user access to view FC budget details
- CFEI Field has been relabeled to CFEI/DSR Reference Number
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the error where Progress and Reports URLs redirect to Page not found if opened in another tab
- Fixed the error where the First Name entered by the user in the Partner Contact is saved in both the "First name" and "Last name" fields in the Users table.
Partner Reporting Portal
Enhancement
- Portuguese language capabilities have now been added to PRP
- Refresh message adjusted to clarify implications of refreshing data
- Label change of “Total Cumulative Progress” to “Total Cumulative Progress (from QPR only)” to reflect the business process that only data from accepted QPRs should be aggregated in the Total Cumulative Progress section
Bug Fixes:
- Error where the autogenerated email to notify UNICEF staff that the IP has submitted QPR reports provides wrong link has been corrected
- Loading error when clicking on PD link in the PRP details is now fixed
- Incorrect and/or incomplete reporting data in PDF exports are now fixed
- Error with disappearing submit button when a PD ended in PRP now fixed
- Error preventing dialogue boxes from closing now fixed
PSEA Module
Bug fix:
- Error uploading attachments in PSEA questionnaire now fixed
