Overview
This article introduces a system enhancement to the Financial Assurance Module (FAM) in eTools, which enables the direct linking of reported FACE forms to financial assurance engagements, including spot checks and audits.
The enhancement reduces manual data handling, improves data accuracy, and strengthens traceability between reported expenditures and assurance activities. Users can now view, select, and reference FACE forms directly within FAM during the creation and reporting of assurance engagements.
