Purpose: Open Financial Assurance Module in eTools
Who: UNICEF Audit Focal Point
When: Purchase order for an engagement has been initiated and it now needs to be assigned to the Auditor
IMPORTANT: The engagement is initiated outside of eTools to procure an auditor to conduct a micro assessment, scheduled audit, spot check or special audit.
1. Log into eTools using your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
3. Select Financial Assurance Module
4. Financial Assurance Module page will open
