The following table describes the roles available in the eTools Third Party Monitoring Module:
UNICEF User is a staff member or individual consultant who has a view only capability to the Third Party Monitoring Module but cannot assign a visit.
PME is a staff member who has the ability to add Third Party Monitors to the module, edit information and assign a visit to a Third Party Monitor. The PME can edit the details of the visit, assign action points and approve the visit report.
TPM is the third party monitor staff member who will conduct the visit. The TPM has access once they are assigned to the visit to complete the reports within the Third Party Monitoring Module.
