Overview
This release includes bug fixes, platform upgrades, and usability improvements across multiple eTools modules.
The updates focus on PRP technology upgrades, PMP/ePD data-entry fixes, Financial Assurance workflow corrections, Access Management reliability, Field Monitoring usability, and administrative tooling improvements.
RSS Admin (going productive!)
New module designed to help RSS colleagues improve their support capabilities and operational efficiency.
Partnership Management section
Added Partnership Management–related functionality to RSS Admin to enhance support operations and enable more efficient issue resolution.
Partnership Management Portal (PMP / ePD)
Support of longer sets of locations
PMP/ePD can now handle larger sets of geographical locations, addressing needs from COs managing extensive datasets.
Strategy tab: Accountability to Affected Populations field added
Added a new mandatory free-text field to PDs to strengthen UNICEF’s commitment to inclusive, transparent, and responsive programming.
Core Values Assessment notification
When a partner’s Core Values Assessment expires, the system now displays a pop-up notification prompting users to initiate the assessment process.
Mandatory fields during PD creation
The Selection Modality and UNPP Reference Number fields are now mandatory during PD creation to improve data completeness and consistency.
PD / SPD Budget Export – Humanitarian flag
Added a “Humanitarian” flag to PD and SPD budget exports, improving clarity for reporting and downstream analysis.

PD Reports – indicators and counts corrected
Fixed an issue where PD reports were missing indicators and indicator counts/values from previous reports were incorrect in PMP/ePD and PRP.
Remove inactive indicators from PD PDF exports
Inactive indicators are no longer included in PD PDF exports, ensuring cleaner and more accurate reporting.

Financial Assurance Module (FAM)
Improvement to the display of Audited Face Forms
Audited Face Forms are now displayed as selected only if they were selected on the current engagement, improving clarity and avoiding confusion.
Spot Checks blocked from finalization due to follow-up actions
Fixed an issue where Spot Checks could not be finalized when follow-up actions existed, allowing assurance workflows to complete correctly.
Field Monitoring Module (FMM)
Include Mission Completion Date in PDF/Excel Mission Reports
Added extra information to the exports
Support of longer sets of locations
As with PMP, FMM can now handle larger sets of geographical locations, supporting COs with large datasets.
Action Points visibility and auto-population improvements
- Increased the limit to show all Action Points (more than 10)
- Partner and CP Output fields are now auto-populated when creating Action Points, reducing manual data entry
Partner Reporting Portal (PRP)
Platform upgrade: Python 3.12 and Django 4.2.26
PRP has been upgraded to Python 3.12 and Django 4.2.26 to align with the current eTools backend stack and address security and support requirements.
This upgrade improves security, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Frontend library updates
Updated PRP frontend libraries to supported versions, improving maintainability and compatibility with the upgraded backend.

Resolved issues where PD reports were missing indicators and indicator counts/values from previous reports were incorrect, ensuring consistent reporting between PRP and PMP/ePD.
