Purpose: Provides an overview of all the planned and currently completed FM activities.

Sign into UNICEF OLC (link)
- Navigate to the Blueprints Tab. You will see a list of “Blueprints”, which is a collection of all the forms that you can fill in offline. These are generated based on the collection methods and questions you specified in the Field Monitoring Module. Each method (e.g. KII, Focus Group Discussion) will have a separate form for a given monitoring activity.

- In the right-most column, click “+” to for the blueprint you want to use.
- You will be taken to the “Forms” tab, where you can enter:
- Source of information
- Overall finding
- Answer to prespecified question(s)
- Upload files from your device
Once you have entered all information, click Save.
You will see that there will be a notice saying “Unsynced” in the top-right form. This is indicating that the offline data entered, is not yet synced with the Field Monitoring module since you are offline.
- Returning to the “Blueprints” tab, you will see that your completed and saved form(s) will be visible in blue along with other completed and saved forms (the example below shows two completed forms for the first activity). You may click each form to make further edits.
- Once you are back online you must submit all of your completed forms. You will prompted to upload any relevant attachments.
- Once you have uploaded the relevant documentation, you can press the green button. You will then see the status updated to
- Return to the Field Monitoring app. Under the Collect section -> Data Collect, you will see that all your submitted forms have been synced and accessible. Any attachments will be synced and found in the Attachments tab.
