The following table describes the roles available in the eTools Trips Management Module:
UNICEF User is a staff member or individual consultant who has the ability to add a visit for themselves on the Trip Management Module, assign action points and also approve visits if they have been identified as a supervisor by a colleague.
Travel Administrator is a staff member that has all the rights in the Trips Management Module of a UNICEF User, and also has the ability to add trips on behalf of other staff.
