Purpose: Correct an error in Traveller's trip plan
Who: Traveller, Travel Administrator
When: Supervisor spotted an error in the travel plan and Traveller/Travel Administrator needs to make corrections and re-submit the trip
1. Log into eTools with your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Select Trip Management

4. Your List of Trips will open

5. Click on the Reference Number (#) of your rejected trip
6. Check the Rejection Note at the top of the screen to see the reason for the rejection of your trip
7. Amend your trip accordingly
8. Re-submit your amended trip for re-approval
NOTE: You can also access the rejected trip via the email notification informing you that your trip has been rejected.
