Release Notes 3.0.8 includes the following bug fixes and enhancements:
Bug Fixes:
Partnership Management Filtering in partner page (Partner Type, CSO Type) is responsive and works
Trip Management After submitting a trip, the Supervisor receives an email notification that they need to approve a trip
My profile page appears in Trip Management
Number of characters in description field of action points is now limited to 254
Spelling and mistakes fixed
User can scroll down the page and is able to see all the options in the drop-down list
Export of list of trips. All three types of export (travel activity export; finance export; travel admin export) are fully functional
Search bar in Trip Management is now fully functional and the search gives consistent results
Filtering issues fixed. Filtering is consistent and it works when data is filtered by months and results
Traveller cannot amend the trip after sending it for approval to their supervisor

Enhancements Trip Management When adding a new trip, Traveller selects either Programmatic Visit or Spot Check as their trip type, the Partner field becomes mandatory
TA required check box disabled
Locations in Trip Activities section are more specific. They now show Location Name (Location Type - Pcode)
Start and End Date in the trip Overview section is overwritten if the itinerary section is populated. Start date is overwritten with the earliest departure date on the itinerary and End Date with the latest arrival date
Trip Activity changes for Government Partners. When adding a new trip, if a Government Partner is selected, then partnership and results are optional
Partnership Management Government Partner appears in the HACT Dashboard as long as there is at least one cash transfer to that partner within the current Country Programme Cycle
Governments in Government in Simple replaced with Government Partner List
When adding a new PD/SSFA, in the Review & Sign Tab, Submission Date to PRC, Review Date by PRC and PRC Review Document Upload appear only if the "Submitted to PRC" box is checked
Signed PD/SSFA upload field is now available on the "Review and Sign" tab of the Programme Document page

Supervisor rejects the trip and doesn't include a note then the trip would disappear and traveller has no opportunity to correct or plan it again.
Partners marked for deletion are shown in the partnership dropdown and should be hidden
The system is not directing to the defaulted “Details” tab
Issues with action point export: Person assigning action point and person responsible are shown as numbers and no completion data visible
Issues with information in Trip Management Detail tab not showing in Kyrgyzstan country workspace
Issues with country workspace selector. Country workspace not correctly directing to the appropriate workspace
In the trip list end dates in some trips are not displayed correctly. Instead of the date, it says “Undefined”
Partnership Management Enhancements:
In the admin interface, PD and PCA reference numbers are now editable
Partnership Managers are not able anymore to pick future dates when adding the date of the assessment in the Risk and Ratings Assessment in the Partner details section
“Expected Results” field has been renamed to “PD Output or SSFA TOR Expected Results” in Partner Details section
Removing Assessment Type “High Risk Assumed” from Partner Details /Assessments
No longer possible to delete attachment added to Agreement details
Field “Sector” has been renamed to “Section/Cluster” and field “Sector, Locations” has been renamed to “Section/Cluster, Locations”

Trip Management Enhancements:
New TA not required workflow which includes the following features: itinerary card optional; Deductions, Expenses, Cost Assignment fields continue to be hidden and DSA is always calculated to be zero. Optional “submit for approval” is also introduced
Dashboards Enhancements:
Map tab in Dashboards loads and centers to the selected country office after the user clicked on the Map tab without selecting any filters
