Purpose: Traveller adds action points in eTools and assigns them to staff members
Who: Traveller, Travel Administrator
When: After a trip has been finalized, the Traveller can add action points that need to be taken as a follow-up
1. Log into eTools with your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Select Trip Management

4. List of trips will open. Click on the Reference Number of the trip you want to add action points to

5. Click on Action Points tab

6. Click on plus (+) sign

7. Fill in the required information and click Save

8. Your action point will be now visible in Action Point Dashboard
