Purpose: The request for approval has been reviewed and rejected by Supervisor because it requires changes after which it needs to be re-submitted
Who: Supervisor
When: a trip plan requires changes
1. Log into eTools with your UNICEF email and password
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner of the screen to open menu
3. Select Trip Management

4. Your List of Trips will open

5. Click on the Reference Number (#) of the submitted trip you wish to reject
6. Go to Trip Status bar and click the arrow right next to the Save button
7. Select Reject from the drop-down list
8. Specify reasons for rejecting the trip
9. Click on Send Rejection
10. The Rejection Note will appear at the top of traveller's trip plan
11. The status of the trip in the Trip Status bar will say rejected
